Price Monitoring Template for Essential Commodities

$9.00 each

The add to cart button will appear once you select the values above

This spreadsheet template is designed to support regular market/price monitoring by collecting comparable commodity prices from multiple vendors across one or more locations and across repeated survey rounds (e.g., weekly). It guides users to enter an item/commodity name (example shown: rice) and define a standard unit (example: kilogram), then record prices from different sources (traders/shops/customers) for each survey date. For each location, the template captures the local selling unit (e.g., large tin, packet) and a conversion rate to the standard unit, then automatically calculates an average selling price and converts it into a standard-unit price to ensure prices are comparable across markets and over time. A separate graph sheet is included to visualize trends once data are populated.
