وهي عبارة عن The purpose of this situational analysis is to: (1) inform implementation and resource mobilization of the education sector component of the Donor/Country Strategic Plan: (2) inform plans for the improvement of educational outcomes in THE AREA; and (3) expand current Donor/Country education programming. 

 

This situational analysis will serve two main purposes. The first purpose is to provide the DONOR Mission in Country with an overview of the basic education system in XXX, XXX, and Sulaymaniyah to be carried out in support of the Assistance Objective for Country, “Contributing to Regional Peace and Security.” The study will consider the four essential elements of the right to education: availability, accessibility, acceptability and adaptability. The second purpose is to highlight recommendations for future programing based on an analysis of areas of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and constraints..

 

هذه The tool designed to collect data to determine the merit or worth of a humanitarian or development intervention (policy, strategy, programme, project or activity). Also, the tool includes questions that covers the six OECD evaluation criteria – relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
