Garment Factory Workers - Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
Preparations
Participants.
- Each group should include 5 to 10 participants.
- FGDs should be comprised of different workers from the same factory.
- The group should include Local peoples, Syrians, women and men, PwDs, with work permit and without work permit (if any).
Location and time.
- Outside the factory (if possible).
- Outside working hours (then workers should be paid for transpiration/coffee break).
- If at the factory, then make sure that the employer is not present at the meeting..
هذه The tool designed to collect data to determine the merit or worth of a humanitarian or development intervention (policy, strategy, programme, project or activity). Also, the tool includes questions that covers the six OECD evaluation criteria – relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
