وهي عبارة عن Evaluation of the impact of the country and the European Union signed trade agreement that simplified the rules of origin (RoO) requirements of the existing EU-country Association Agreement. This trade agreement expects to facilitate country companies’ access to the EU market, thereby diversifying exports, boosting investment, while generating decent work opportunities. The project framework for providing support, monitoring and provision of technical assistance to the Ministry of Labour and enterprises who wish to export to the EU under the simplified RoO scheme.
The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the overall achievements of the project against its planned outcomes and outputs to generate lessons learned, best practices and recommendations. The evaluation has integrated gender equality, inclusion of people with disabilities, environmental sustainability, International Labour Standards, and social dialogue, as well as Covid-19 as crosscutting concerns throughout its methodology and deliverables. .
هذه The tool designed to collect data to determine the merit or worth of a humanitarian or development intervention (policy, strategy, programme, project or activity). Also, the tool includes questions that covers the six OECD evaluation criteria – relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
