Citizens in a country have a responsibility to their country and the other citizens. As citizens, they agree to obey the laws. When people don’t obey the laws, then they no longer have integrity and have corrupted the system of government. Breaking traffic laws may seem like a minor matter but in terms of loss of life and property, it is an important matter and the responsibility of all citizens.
